Time Bank

We introduced time bank support for clients who regularly used our IT Support Services making support more cost effective for the client.

All support calls are logged by the minute, ensuring that only the time actually spent in telephone support, or on site by our engineer, is deducted from your support agreement. This method also means there is no minimum called out charge for on-site support. Additionally, our new logging system means we can guarantee that you always receive priority over callers without a Support Agreement.

Support Hours can be purchased in blocks of 5 Hours, 12 Hours and 25 Hours.
